limitations. They are talented, engaged, and bring unique perspectives on the workplace. Our environment sensitises all Gilardians to their needs, creating a supportive system where colleagues willingly offer enthusiastic and proactive assistance. To bridge language barriers, we train our leaders and trainers in sign language. They actively participate in all organisational activities, with support being a shared responsibility – from management to fellow employees. Every December, they enjoy a special tea party with the managing director, where they interact, play games, and share meaningful conversations. It is always a warm, vibrant, and enriching exchange.
