Sanjiv Singh
Managing Director
Mr. Sanjiv Singh, MD of Gilard Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Mohali has 40 years of manufacturing experience with exposure to the best Business practices in the world. He has worked in and headed different areas like Production, Quality, Marketing, New Products Development and IT. He has expertise in specialised areas including Software Development, IIoTs, Business Management, Plating and Effluent Treatment processes. He was responsible for implementing all Quality systems like ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and EMS/OHSAS systems ISO14001 and 45001 in the Company.
Sanjiv started developing an ERP system, way back in 1987, working over it for over 30 years, and today he is the CEO of Gilard Application Programmers LLP, a software company that provides Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) solutions to the manufacturing industry. He has 32 years of experience in software development and together with his experience of manufacturing, he is one of the leading specialists on the subject of Industry 4.0. He has successfully implemented Smart Manufacturing at his Mohali Plant.
Sanjiv has conducted many training sessions and lectures on a variety of topics ranging from HR practices to Quality to Business Approaches on various platforms. He has also written extensively on Digitisation, ERP and Industry 4.0.
He is a an avid golfer. He is a student of Hindustani Classical music and plays the Santoor (Dulcimer).
Guneet Sethi
Director HRD & CSR
Guneet Sethi is Director HRD & CSR in Gilard Electronics. Heading a robust HRD she gives top priority to Employee engagement. Besides routine work of Trainings, Recruitments and Payrolls, her team regularly works on health & safety of Gilardians and organizes special educative & entertainment events for them. A happy work environment named Mehak Gilard Ki makes Gilardians feel cared for. Gilard is a certified ‘ Great Place to Work’ and amongst ‘Top 30 Best Work Places in Manufacturing’.
Guneet started CSR activities in Gilard way back in the year 2011 when word CSR was not heard of by many in professional circles. Her CSR activities focus on social issues, adopting unique ways of mass communication by engaging volunteers from Gilard.
During her long tenure of 25 years with Gilard, she has earned a vast work experience in varied roles of Accounting, Marketing, Assembly, with 15 years experience as Sales Coordinator successfully achieving 100% on-time deliveries to Customers year on year.
Guneet is on the Board of SARTHAK, an NGO who works pan India for the physically disabled.

Ishleen Sethi
Head Sales & Material Planning
Ishleen is a 5-year Gold Medalist from Punjab University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science. She has always been passionate about evolving into an independent working woman. She landed her first job during campus recruitment at a highly reputed cellular services company and worked there as a product manager for 3 years. Post that, she joined Gilard Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in 2010 and has gained diversified experience in different departments like software planning, production shops, assembly, and material planning since then.
Currently as the Head of Sales and Material Planning, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. She also encourages employees and helps them to maximize their performance. She works on cascading the organization’s business plan to the lower-ranking staff and coordinating for achieving company goals by planning and prioritizing customer, employee, and organizational requirements. The result is compliance to 100% on-time delivery to our esteemed customers and providing an excellent customer service experience.
Her motto is ‘If you deliver the right experience, you are going to win over that customer’.
